CONETOP . COM Utica Club Sparkling Ale, a collectible antique cone top beer can that came in both the Pre W.W.II Low profile and the Post war High Profile to make a matched set that was produced in the 1942 to 1946 era. Breweriana Brewery Buy Sell Trade Collector value beverage can . In this set the high profile cone and low profile cone are both seen occasionally. The Low Profile is much tougher. The low profile was made in the early 1940's the high profile in the mid 1940's. I suspect this label transitioned either during or after W.W.II. (In general, only a few examples of breweries with pre W.W.II high profiles are known to exist. For Continental Can Co. the transition and overlap spans several years with most breweries changing over W.W.II.) |
