 These are examples of cone top beer cans that were produced sometime between 1946 and the mid 1950's. The can on the left has an IRTP statement on the front of the label (1946-50) and the can on the right does not have the IRTP anywhere on it (1950+).

The can on the left is tarnished, it is supposed to be bright gold like the can on the right. The IRTP is in the upper gold band on front. Can is unpictured in print.
